    • Technician drove truck around the block and heard the noise the customer is concerned of right away. The noise follows wheel speed. Raised truck in the air and found the noise coming from the front right wheel bearing assembly. Raised the rear end of the truck, found excessive play in the rear axle bearings also. Recommend replacing wheel bearings and axle bearings all around the truck. While replacing front bearing assemblies, there is no additional labor to replace brake components at the same time, however, there is roughly 5mm life remaining. Based on mileage, the engine coolant should be flushed and refilled. Customer declined all services at this time. The front wheel bearing noise will get louder, however, at this time, there is no play in bearing.
    • Drained oil and removed filter. Installed premium oil filter and refilled with 5w20 full synthetic oil. Confirmed oil level and reset oil monitoring system. Torqued all wheels to specification after the inspection. Aftermarket air intake filter is clean, cabin air filter not applicable.
