2021 Dodge Challenger
Mileage55,198Service Date3/19/2026Services Performed- Technician put vehicle on rack, to inspect for damage. Found no damage to suspension or steering components. Lower control arm bushings are showing signs of minimal wear. Front pads worn down significantly and are due for replacement of rotors and pads. Both tires on the passenger side are blown and have sidewall damage. All four tires will need to be replaced. There is a slight rash on the outer lip of the wheel from pot hit impact, no major damages to wheels. Had vehicle towed to tire shop for tire and TPMS sensor replacement free of charge to customer.
- Drained oil and removed filter. Performed visual inspection of vehicle, everything looks good brake fluid is marginal but it doesn't need to be done immediately. Installed new oil filter and refilled using synthetic 5w20 oil. Reset oil life monitoring system.
- Raised vehicle in the air and removed front wheels and brake calipers. Removed pads and rotors, serviced caliper bracket slide pins and reassembled all components torqued to spec. Torqued wheels to spec and performed test drive to burnish brake pads to new rotors. Brakes feel great at this time.

2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Mileage76,369Service Date3/13/2026Services Performed- Preformed visual inspection rear pads still at 50% are good but the front in-bore pad is down to about 2 mil causing rotor lip to rust and ware improperly. Customer Approved work. Technician removed front tires, then removed the caliper bolts to uninstall caliper. Removed caliper bracket to remove brake pads and to access rotors for removal. Cleaned mating surfaces before sliding new rotors on, reinstalled caliper bracket and torqued to spec. Compressed caliper piston and installed new pads to caliper before reinstalling caliper. Bled brakes of any air before test drive to burnish pads to rotors and to ensure proper braking.
- Drained oil and removed filter. Installed premium oil filter and refilled with Castrol 5W30 synthetic oil. Confirmed oil level and reset oil monitoring system.

2004 Toyota Sequoia

Recommends replacing just hardware kit as rotors and shoes are in good condition. Customer approved work. Technician also noted Check engine light on also VSC light and traction light both on as well, Customer informed and not interested in addressing at this time..
- Technician removed tires, calipers and rotors to get access to emergency brake hardware. Removed worn components and replaced with new hardware from kit. After returning rotors to assembly adjusted brake shoes to meet specs. Test drove, heard no noise and e brake works as intended.

2017 Kia Forte

Got vehicle to operating temperatures and plugged in scan tool before extensive test drive, was able to duplicate issue. P0366 (cam shaft position sensor B bank 1) Preformed road test while monitoring live scan tool and observed camshaft position sensor parameter was erratic. Inspected the cam sensor wiring harness and connector. Verified using multi-meter both voltage and ground were present at camshaft position sensor. After back probing cam position sensor and performing a road test while monitoring the sensor signal on lab scope the can shaft position sensor signal observed on the lab scope was erratic. Technician recommends replacing camshaft position sensor.
- Technician replace camshaft position sensor "B" (bank 1) before test drive. Problem still persists. Recommended oil change at this time, as the vehicle is 10k past last windshield sticker and might have caused sludge build up.
- Technician used oil system flush agent, let run for 30 minutes as intended. Inspected exhaust cam position actuator and found debris, cleaned and re-lubricated. On scan tool actuated intake solenoid and exhaust cam solenoid, functioned as intended.
- Technician preformed oil change with 5w30 and replaced with new engine oil filter. Afterwards preformed extensive test drive could no longer duplicate stalling issue.

2006 Jeep Wrangler

Explained issue with customer about revisiting at a later date as it is highly likely the rear differential will require a rebearing and reseal across the whole axle assembly. Installed new oil filter and refilled using synthetic 10w30 oil. Topped off washer fluid.

2011 GMC Sierra
Mileage196,949Service Date2/19/2026Services Performed- Raised truck in the air and inspected entire brake system. Found hard lines at the ABS hydraulic unit have been disconnected and left off, Front brake calipers, pads and rotors have been replaced, rear shoes and wheel cylinders are new and the brake booster and master cylinder are new. Master cylinder is dry like its never been filled. Rear brake shoes are not adjusted properly. Recommend reinstalling detached hoses, adjusting rear shoes, bleeding system and retesting. Customer approved repairs.
- Found the ABS hydraulic unit threads to be slightly damaged, chased threads on hard line and hydraulic unit. Reattached hard lines to ABS unit. Adjusted rear drums to contact drums properly. Looked over any components and checked bolt torques on the previous shop had touched. Tightened where needed. Filled brake system with brake fluid and bled system. Performed automated ABS bleed with scan tool multiple times to ensure it is functioning and fully. Once completed attached pressure can on brake master and pressure bled system. Cleaned off brake fluid from any components as thoroughly as possible. Torqued wheels to spec. Performed test drive and found Stabilitrac warning message on dash. Scanned for codes and found C0161 – abs pedal sensor circuit. This issue seems to come and go while driving the truck. Customer is aware & this is a preexisting issue.

2019 Ford F-150
Mileage51,748Service Date2/5/2026Services Performed- Technician started engine and allowed vehicle to warm up before driving. Upon first drive, technician noted there is alarming engine noise. Raised vehicle in the air and attached scan tool. Found codes P0300 / P0307 – Random misfire and misfire on cyl 7, as well as p0390 / P0394 – Camshaft Position Sensor "B" circuit. Checked oil level and found oil level does not reach the dipstick. Performed oil change and captured oil into clean container to measure amount. There was only 3qts of oil in the engine and very black. Installed OEM oil filter and 5w20 synthetic oil. Once steering wheel switches were functional again, reset oil monitoring system. Customer states the oil change was performed elsewhere only 2 months ago. There is no signs of major oil leakage. There may be an oil consumption issue if oil begins to disappear again. Customer is to check oil level within the next 1000 miles to see if it is low again and report back to us. Cleared out codes and test drove. Misfire is no longer present and noise is gone at this time.
- Scanned ECU for codes, found B137F-09 / B137f-17, B1380-09 / B1380-17 for steering wheel control switch packs failure. Following work shop manual, removed airbag on steering wheel and tested related circuits. Found steering wheel clockspring is failed. Recommend replacing clockspring. While clockspring is already removed for testing purposes, there is no additional labor involved with replacing failed unit. Customer approves repair. Installed clock spring, adjusted position and reassembled all components. Tested functionality of steering wheel controls, all work now. Cleared codes and verified repair.

2018 Ford Escape
Mileage135,920Service Date1/12/2026Services Performed- Test drove vehicle & felt a misfire vibration coming from the engine & the check engine light flashing. Lifted vehicle in the air. Shook down & inspected suspension components, found no play or any worn components. Inspected vehicle for exhaust leaks technician heard a buzzing sound coming from the catalytic converter area. Scanned vehicle & found codes P0443:00-AF for a issue with the evap system, P0300 for random misfires detected & P0302 for a misfire on cylinder 2. Removed ignition coils & spark plugs. Upon removing the spark plugs the insulator ribs broke off on 2 of the spark plug. A new set of spark plugs & retesting the misfires is required. Compression tested engine to verify all the cylinders are within specification, every cylinder had good compression & was within specification. Gapped new motorcraft iridium spark plugs to 0.028 inches applied anti seize to the threads. Installed new spark plugs & assembled everything back together. Cleared codes & test drove vehicle to check for misfires. Found no misfires or any vibration on the test drive however the check engine light did illuminate on the instrument cluster due to the EVAP issue.
