2018 Ford Escape
Mileage135,920Service Date1/12/2026Services Performed- Test drove vehicle & felt a misfire vibration coming from the engine & the check engine light flashing. Lifted vehicle in the air. Shook down & inspected suspension components, found no play or any worn components. Inspected vehicle for exhaust leaks technician heard a buzzing sound coming from the catalytic converter area. Scanned vehicle & found codes P0443:00-AF for a issue with the evap system, P0300 for random misfires detected & P0302 for a misfire on cylinder 2. Removed ignition coils & spark plugs. Upon removing the spark plugs the insulator ribs broke off on 2 of the spark plug. A new set of spark plugs & retesting the misfires is required. Compression tested engine to verify all the cylinders are within specification, every cylinder had good compression & was within specification. Gapped new motorcraft iridium spark plugs to 0.028 inches applied anti seize to the threads. Installed new spark plugs & assembled everything back together. Cleared codes & test drove vehicle to check for misfires. Found no misfires or any vibration on the test drive however the check engine light did illuminate on the instrument cluster due to the EVAP issue.

2017 Toyota Sienna

Torqued all necessary hardware to specification & assembled air box. Test drove the vehicle to ensure no misfires are present & everything performs correctly.
- Pressure tested cooling system to ensure no leaks are present. Removed drain plug & drained cooling system. Tightened drain plug & vacuum tested cooling system. Vacuum filled cooling system with 3 gallons of Toyota coolant. Pressure tested cooling system to ensure it holds pressure. Test drove the vehicle to ensure the cooling system doesn't overheat & stays at operating temperature.

2013 Chevrolet Spark
Mileage48,173Service Date10/17/2025Services Performed- Scanned for codes, found P0597- Coolant Thermostat Heater Circuit. Tested all the wiring for the coolant thermostat heater & everything tested good. Installed a 3 amp fuse jumper wire between the control circuit on terminal 2 and the ignition circuit on terminal 1, commanded control module E41 for the engine coolant thermostat heater on with a professional scan tool. Scan tool was displaying a malfunction with the coolant thermostat heater. Recommend replacing the thermostat housing assembly, customer approved.
- Drained coolant into a clean bucket & removed hose clamp connected to the thermostat housing. Removed thermostat housing hardware & coolant hose connected to the thermostat housing. Removed thermostat housing & installed new thermostat & housing. Torqued hardware to specification & assembled hose clamp in the same orientation. Also removed and replaced coolant expansion tank due to leaking top port. Vacuum tested cooling system & vacuum filled cooling system. Pressure tested cooling system to ensure no leaks are present. Test drove the vehicle to ensure the cooling system is functioning properly.
- Drained oil and removed filter. Installed premium oil filter and refilled with 0W20 synthetic oil. Confirmed oil level and reset oil monitoring system. Performed visual inspection of the vehicle & found the engine air filter severely dirty. Recommend replacing air filter, customer approved replacement. Removed & replaced engine air filter.

- Lifted vehicle in the air & installed wheel alignment targets. Aired wheels to specification & entered customers vehicle information onto alignment machine. Saved before measurements & started the alignment process. Adjusted alignment measurements to specification & saved after measurements. Printed out before & after measurements to show to the customer. Test drove the vehicle to ensure it drives straight.

2005 Ford Pickup
Mileage154,930Service Date10/8/2025Services Performed- Raised vehicle in the air and inspected undercarriage. All drivetrain fluids are in great shape and appear to be recently serviced. Brakes and suspension are in great shape. Frame looks solid even though coating is coming off in spots. Minor oil leak at back of engine, either oil pan or rear main seal. Minor oil leak at front right axle seal. Brake fluid tested highly corrosive and should be flushed very soon. Coolant is marginal and tested at -30 deg. F. but is becoming slightly corrosive. Coolant flush in the next few months is recommended. Scanned for codes, No codes active. Drivers window switch is "funky" may need a switch eventually. Overall, vehicle is in great shape for age and mileage.

2004 BMW X5
Mileage172,592Service Date8/14/2025Services Performed- Inspected engine bay & found the coolant temperature connector not connected, connected coolant temperature sensor. Found transfer case oil wear code on the vehicle scanner, removed fill plug to check fluid condition & level. Found the transfer case overfull of fluid & the fluid condition is clean. Drained some of the fluid out of the fill plug & reset the oil wear code. Found code 04LWS for the steering angle sensor, reset steering angle sensor & the 4×4 malfunction light went away, then we found a intermittent issue where the light goes away & comes back. Also found the windshield washer cap missing, installed new cap. Customer approved a hour & a half of labor to inspect spark plugs & ignition coils. After resetting the Steering angle sensor and clearing codes, technician test drove again. Steering angle sensor is registering wheel input accurately, but there is a 4X4 fault that triggers this code to set when the 4X4 fault comes back. It seems the steering angle code is resulted from the 4×4 malfunction. Customer had to pick up vehicle before testing was completed. Will continue testing when vehicle returns. Vehicle is safe to drive for the time being.
- Removed all ignition coils & removed all spark plugs & the spark plugs are corroded & worn & should be replaced. Customer approved replacement. Gapped all spark plugs to specification & applied anti seize to threads. Installed all new spark plugs & applied dielectric grease to all ignition coil boots. Installed ignition coils & cleared misfire codes. Found a misfire in cylinder 3 & swapped the ignition coil to cylinder 2 & found the misfire move to cylinder 2 for the ignition coil, customer approved replacing all six ignition coils. Applied dielectric grease to the new ignition coils & removed the old ignition coils, installed new ignition coils & ensured all the connectors are plugged in. Test drove vehicle to ensure no misfire codes were present & to ensure the engine is performing as it should.

- Performed wheel alignment to maximize traction in autocross racing. Adjusted rear toe and camber so the rear of the vehicle will be better planted for more grip. Adjusted toe in front as it is the only adjustable location as vehicle is configured. Test drive, Steering wheel is level and vehicle tracks straight on the road and handles corners very well.

2008 Chevrolet Impala

- Lifted front wheels on the ground & removed front driver side wheel & removed CV axle hub nut, used a pry bar to remove CV axle from front differential & removed any necessary non alignment hardware on the knuckle to pull the CV axle off the hub, removed CV axle & assembled new CV axle into differential hub & front differential, torqued axle nut to specification & all necessary hardware, assembled front wheels & torqued them to specification, test drove vehicle to ensure no clunking noises are present.

2013 Nissan Maxima
Mileage163,813Service Date7/17/2025Services Performed- Raised vehicle in the air and found the front right strut coil spring is broken. The piece of spring customer brought in has been broken for a while, hitting the pot hole knocked it loose from the strut and kicked it out. Removed wheel from trunk of vehicle and found it to be severely bent. Will require straightening the wheel and replacing the tire.
- Removed both front wheels, removed upper & lower shock hardware, removed front shocks, cleaned all shock hardware, mounted new shocks in the same orientation, torqued all necessary hardware to specification.
- Drained oil and removed filter. Performed visual inspection of vehicle. Installed new oil filter and refilled using synthetic 5w30 oil. Reset oil life monitoring system.
- Removed rear wheels, removed strut hardware, removed rear struts, cleaned all necessary hardware, converted old strut parts to the new struts, assembled new struts in the same orientation as before, tightened lower strut bolts at ride height.
- Removed rear sway bar hardware, removed sway bar bushings, cleaned hardware, installed new bushings & tightened hardware to specification.
- Removed front passenger tie rod hardware, removed front passenger inner & outer tie rods, installed new inner & outer tie rods, installed hardware, greased new tie rods. Torqued components to spec.
- Pulled vehicle onto alignment rack after test drive to let the suspension settle, aired tires up to specification, performed wheel alignment, reset steering angle sensor, test drove vehicle to ensure it drives straight, re torqued all wheels. The rear left camber arm bolt is rusted to the inner bushing sleeve making it not possible to adjust with out destroying the bushing. This camber arm should be replaced and another alignment performed after springs have had a chance to settle.
- Removed front lower control arm hardware & pulled front lower control arms out, removed upper shock hardware to lift up the axle & hub while putting new lower control arms into place, installed all lower control arm hardware, installed upper shock hardware & ensured all suspension hardware is tight, installed & torqued wheels.
