Another shop has replaced the clutch master cylinder, the vehicle has the same symptoms from before it was changed. There is no pressure in the clutch hydraulic system. Attempted to bleed the system and identify issue. Found the slave cylinder to blow off pressure once air bubbles are removed. Found coolant dripping all over the back side of the engine as well. Pressurized cooling system and let it sit for 30 minutes to find leaks. No active coolant leaks found. Degreased and pressure washed engine and transmission to identify any other leaks or issues. No cooing system leaks found. While inspecting the vehicle, technicain found the inner tie rod on drivers side is bent. Recommend replacing both inner and outer tie rods to ensure safe driving conditions. The slave cylinder leaking warrants replacing the clutch as well due to clutch material being saturated with brake fluid. Recommend replacing all clutch related components and repair coolant leak. Inner tie rod was found to be bent also, recommend replacing all tie rods
Removed transmission and clutch assembly. Removed flywheel to have resurfaced. Inspect rear main seal, no issues. There is a coolant leak at thermostat outlet and by pass hose on thermostat housing. Torqued flywheel back on and assembled clutch and pressure plate. Installed new slave cylinder/release bearing. Reinstalled transmission and all related components. Checked transmission oil condition and level. No adjustments needed. Bled clutch hydraulic system and verified clutch operation. Shifts through the gears well and no clutch/transmission related issues at this time.
TIE RODS – INNER & OUTER – REMOVE AND REPLACE – BOTH SIDES
Performed wheel alignment after all repairs. Rear camber is not adjustable as configured but is within factory tolerances. Test drive, steering wheel is level and vehicle tracks straight on the road.
Found coolant leaking from thermostat housing and bypass hose. Drained coolant into clean catch pan to reuse. Removed thermostat water outlet and replaced gasket at thermostat and the bypass hose that was oil saturated and split open from over tightening clamp to hose. Vacuum filled cooling system with captured coolant.

Drained oil and removed filter. Oil was very low, there is no signs of leakage from the engine. Regularly checking the oil level will increase engine life and health. Checked air filter, dirty, replaced. CHecked cabin filter, due next service. Valve adjustment is also due at next oil and filter service. Refilled with synthetic 0w20 oil and reset service reminder. All other components look great at this time.

Found the front right rotor extremely grooved but pad life to be ok. Someone has recently replaced pads but not the rotors. Also found the front left wheel bearing to have play and both front tires are cutting off on the inside. Recommend replacing both front wheel bearing assemblies, brake pads and rotors and performing a wheel alignment. Engine oil and transmission pans are both leaking heavily and customer is aware, front left axle seal is seeping and not a problem at this time.
Removed front brakes, rotors and hub assemblies. Right inner dust capo is missing when arrived and left side is damaged and will not go into new hub. There are no new caps available locally at this time. We can get some and install them in the near future. Installed new bearing hub assemblies, coated brake rotors and high quality pads. Routed new wheel speed sensor harness in the proper manor. After rechecking front suspension was tight with the new wheel bearings, technician said now that the major issue is gone, the lower ball joints seem to have a minor amount of play. No immediate cause for concern.
Rotated front tires with wear on inner edge of treads to the rear and better tread tires to the front. Torqued to spec. Performed wheel alignment as close to factory specs as possible. Some specs are not adjustable. Test drive. Brakes feel great, truck tracks straight and steering wheel is level.

Found inner pads on rear brakes worn out completely. Recommend replacing pads and rotors in rear immediately. Removed and replaced rear pads and rotors with new hardware and service slide pins. Torqued all components to spec and drove car to bed in new pads. Brakes feel great now and has no noise or pulls in either direction.
