Services Performed
- Removed air box & intake manifold. Ensured new spark plugs are gapped to specification. Removed ignition coils & any other necessary components. Removed all spark plugs & applied anti seize to all new spark plugs. Installed new spark plugs & applied dielectric grease to ignition coils. Installed ignition coils & intake manifold. Torqued all necessary hardware to specification & assembled air box. Test drove the vehicle to ensure no misfires are present & everything performs correctly.
- Pressure tested cooling system to ensure no leaks are present. Removed drain plug & drained cooling system. Tightened drain plug & vacuum tested cooling system. Vacuum filled cooling system with 3 gallons of Toyota coolant. Pressure tested cooling system to ensure it holds pressure. Test drove the vehicle to ensure the cooling system doesn't overheat & stays at operating temperature.
